So I have a gripe. How long is it supposed to take to get your Custom Pet Image accepted? I've been waiting 6 days so far and still waiting. You would think that for a feature that many of us spend real money on that we wouldn't have to wait a week + to use this feature. I'm tempted to just yank it out at this point and withdraw all my CSC and just have the image coded into the profile. Maybe somebody should come up with a more efficient system for this process, just saying.

A friend of mine sent in a Custom Overlay, too a while ago and the same happened to her. She lost her patience though after more than a week of waiting and took the image down again.

I wonder if Custom Wearables ever sit in the queue ignored, too for that long.

I've been waiting for over 1 week as well. First I thought "well, wait over the weekend then" but then the days passed without it being accepted, so I just drew back my Custom Overlay from the queue and use now a coded overlay for Joseph Oda because my 500csc are spent better on something else than bad customer service. shrugs

Has it come through yet? Curious how long it takes, since the other people on this board have given up entirely.

Yeah the wait is definitely kinda timely for custom overlays, I think it's mostly because there's only one staffer (to the best of my knowledge) working on the queue for these.

I'm usually patient enough on the weekends (I don't think many staffers work on the weekend, and I've rarely/if ever seen CWs approved during the weekends either), and a few days during the week but after about 3 days I get antsy -laugh-

I dunno if maybe it's staffs fault for not checking on the overlay queue that much, or if it's a matter of just not that many get submitted so checking kinda falls off the radar. It would be nice though if it was checked on at least every other day or something though since the longer the wait the more the excitement kinda wears off.

Personally I could understand if the wait was that long when the feature got released, but I don't believe that there are hundrets of Custom Overlays sent in each day and it is too much work. I'd be fine waiting over the weekend (that's why I wasn't mad about the wait over Friday-Monday) but yeah... if there is no Event for an approved CO the whole following week I start to think that no one cares at all for my money and that Subeta apparently doesn't need it.

I might sound bitter, yes- but if Subeta gives the chance to submit something like this, then care for it as well. Or, if you really need to take that long, then add it to the CO Submission page, please. In THAT case I would've waited because I know the wait time before I submit.

Kinda peaking through all the comments now. I dunno, it's just not a feature i will probably using much of until changes are made to aid with the process. If it is understaffed they should assign more people to staff it, bottom line.

When I submitted my first two custom overlays, that was months ago, and they were approved within 48 hours. I just submitted another one today, so let's see... I really hope it doesn't take too long. If the staffer for this is overworked (and I think this same staffer does CWs and Pet Spotlight as well?), then they really should considering splitting the responsibilities up more. Features can't be just ignored because the staff doesn't feel like spreading the duties up... and I suspect if this staffer really DOES do all of that, then wow... they really do need some help. ;A; That's too much for one person!

EDIT:// So, it just got approved... nearly exactly 24 hours later. Not sure if I am just lucky, but I'll take it. XDDD
