I've lost over 10 pounds and I'm hoping to lose 10 more to be at my ideal weight.
Here's an entire cookbook called Good and Cheap: Eat Well on $4/Day. If I had to pick one recipe I'd go with the Mexican Street Corn. I have my corn on the cob with butter and I've always wanted to try it like this. Just click on the titles in the Table of Contents since all the recipes are linked. Thanks for hosting this. :)
Know any healthy and cheap recipes?

I saved it, thanks! I'm looking to lose some weight too, and avoid the crazy amounts of sodium found in restaurant meals.
Don't forget to ping a friend to enter the giveaway :)
I don't know if a 'healthier' version of a dessert would be of interest, but if it is I know a link to a mini-apple pie made in an apple (and I rather suspect if you wanted to you could skip the topping to make it even healthier). Link: Apple Pie in an Apple
