Ok this has been a problem with my account for over a year now and I'm so fed up of it. I've talked to staff members when I've filed a report but all they can do or say is sorry and give me back my currency and remove the duplicated items.

Basically I buy something, doesn't matter what shop it is or which currency I use, it gets "bought" twice or more! And I'm charged for it too! The only exception is when I buy from a user shop or trades.

I've stopped using the hustler because I get charged twice. I barely use CSC because I get charged twice.

I am sick of this and it's making it hard for me to stay on site.

What makes it worse is that this doesn't seem to happen to anyone else!

It's my account, I can use my tablet, my laptop, the computer at the library... This happens all the time and the first time I reported it, the staff member who dealt with it was rather rude and implied it was MY mistake.

I can't buy out of the menagerie because my trinkets get used up and I get the item twice when I just want it once!
