Found some information about the Cantana Hair Brush series. They were one-batch items and apparently mostly given to Fuzei-chan's friends. Below, they estimate it to be worth around 10K. link to info

As for the price on the horns, the slot price would have been 700csc like the hair-versions probably, but they were also probably just two batches, and no one wants to sell, so you might end up having to pay more.

On the Liberty Locks trade, I don't know what would be fair. How much did you pay for your two items when you got them?

I cant remember what I paid for those two :( I also cant remember what people are willing to pay for it. I do like these two items, so I hope I would not have to pay a lot more extra csc, then I rather keep my two items :3

I am really bad at estimating value, but while I think you could count each of your items as worth at least 1K, that would still entail 2K more to be paid in csc. I recommend you make a post in the Item Pricing forum to ask for better advice than mine. :)

Some items can be pretty pricey, I would only pay that much if i was going to use it for a really long time, like those damn fawn wisps -sobs- I would pay 7k hands down
