-833exp points to my pet after new challenger wins

I finished the 10th win against Terrafirma, and went to use the exp on my pet and then I saw this -

Strength (1,250 EXP) Defense (1,250 EXP) Health (1,500 EXP) Speed (1,250 EXP) Level (1,000 EXP)
What's going? can you fix this? can I get the exp back??
I would file a ticket to see if they can look into your logs and see what has happened. We cannot reimburse anyone through the forums unfortunately so maybe a UA can!

I did, they told me that it's the first time they hear about an issue like this, and they suggested to open a topic too and to see if I'll get any answer, while they will ask about it too..
Ah ok. I know I have /seen/ it before but back then when it happened, it was an issue of the person was refreshing really fast to use all their experience and they went into the negatives before the system had caught up that they were out of points.
I haven't heard of it just being negative D:

Yesterday it was all good, I was in a positive, after using the exp after BQ, it was not a lot, like under 1k.. It happened now after the new challenger..
And it sucks because soon it's my BQ time.. :(
