Is there anything specific you have to do in order to get this event aside from going to the ballroom? I've done enough dances to get about 150 tokens of each and still haven't gotten it, but one of my "dancing partners" has gotten it four times already.

It's random, so no you're just unlucky. Unfortunately it's also broken for a ton of people so even if you do get it, you might not be able to duel him

I rarely get RE's just ask me the last time I got a lizard minion or similar event. I'm on every day for hours for the last 5 years. I've never captured a comotose LM. Do I expect to get this dancing event? Hardly.....
