Perhaps I should explain... I have seen in the past people doing a borrowing thread for cw's. I don't know if this has been banned or not. If not, anyone know who still offers a borrowing system for cw's?

As far as I know, it isn't against any rules (people are free to do what they want with their stuff) but I don't think the one who stated the thread is active as much.
