I know this isn't a restock with as much value as some of the other items posted here, but it made me happy ;)

I was trying to put together a masquerade outfit for the shell mask that was released yesterday, and I clicked the "Buy" link for the Twilight Beach Plate background to see how much it costs - and there was 1 in stock in the NPC shop for under 5k, while in the user shops it costs about 99k! :)
