I got a buff. I rushed through the quests. On the last one on turning in the items I got an "You are not on a quest" error. I checked my inventory: 20 Point Wizard Token x16, but did not get the 50 Point Wizard Token.
No big deal, but it shouldn't happen.
I thought I was going crazy, but I think this happened to me too, though I didn't have a buff.
I also couldn't find my 50 Point Wizard Token today (or yesterday, but it's possible I quit the last quest yesterday because I think I was also missing a 20 Point Wizard Token - unless the glitch zapped both of them). I only noticed today when I went to my vault (where I had quick-stocked my tokens) to cash out today's tokens, and there were only 15x 20 Point Wizard Tokens. I must remember to pay attention tomorrow and see if I get the token or not.
Are there any random events here on Subeta that steal your items?

No, those events got removed last year at the end of the tempest plot.

I reported this before but unfortunately I was told that this isn't a bug, but just the way it is. I agree that it shouldn't be like that either but meh... Maybe they changed their minds since then?

Okay, so I checked what happened today and... what happened to me is not a glitch either, I'm so silly -_-; When I quickstocked my items, the 20 point tokens went into the unsorted category of my vault because I had already used up all my previous ones, and the 50 point token went into my "Currencies" category with my others facepalm
That's what happens to my brain when I don't get enough sleep ^^;

This is a bug. I've always received my 50 p wiz token no matter whether I had 15 or 16 quests (when doing them all at once). I seem to remember in the beginning (?) there was an issue with getting the buff after already having completed the actual 15 daily quests.
I made a ticket about this very issue and I was told there was nothing that could be done.
Wizard cheated me of my 50 point token.</p>

Quests were just reset so I only just started to quest for today, but I got a buff for an extra wizard quest so I really had to hustle to get through all the quests. Usually I get the 50 point reward on the 10th quest, but today I didn&;t. I started the 11th quest and my buff ran out right after I started it, but I could still finish the 11th quest, but I still didn&;t receive a 50 point token. Not sure how this buff can be considered an extra reward when I&;ve come away with less than usual.</p>

Hi there. I am so sorry about this. 😞 Unfortunately, we cannot really do anything about this. 😞 If you feel this was a glitch or error, you could post it in the Problems and Bugs forum so a programmer could take a look into it. I am sorry I cannot be of more help. 😞</p>

I found a thread about a similar issue to mine and I posted on it. Some other people said that it isn&;t a bug, but I think that it is, because the 50 point token is the standard "end reward". I feel that I should have gotten it either on the 10th quest or the 11th, but I didn&;t get it at all. It&;s not a big deal though, I can get one tomorrow. 😊 Thanks for your help.</p>

Is this not the same thing you're experiencing and talking about? Because all I got was "nothing can be done" and "if you feel this was a glitch" not, "this is definitely a glitch and we will solve this". :/

Not the same thing. Your buff has worn out BEFORE you completed the last (11th quest). completed the 15 quests + the buff one, and didn't get the 50 points bonus. I find the 50 bonus very buggy, because if you completed all your quests and earned the 50 bonus, then you get the RE buff, you'll be with 70 extra instead of only 20, 'cause it gives you an extra 50 bonus lol
