I bought highlighted hair that I'd unlocked ages ago for my masquerade outfit and after 24 hours (72 as of 3/23/15) and several hard refreshes, it's still not visible. I tried just now to buy it over again and it still won't load. I've tried in both the beta wardrobe and the old wardrobe, and I'm getting nothing.

Trying the hair on in beta makes the hair appear only for as long as I'm trying it on - it won't save.

Everything is updated, ffox (and chrome), mac. OS is updated & the latest & greatest.

I changed my outfit then bought the hair again, waited 5 min and refreshed, and the outfit changed but my hair is still missing (and is still missing on 3/23), so it's got nothing to do with the cache.

Can someone please help me? Suggestions, tips, anything??

I really, really want to participate in the event with my avatar perfect.

UPDATE: 3/27 Okay so it's been a full week and I've had zero responses. Am I the one and only person this issue is affecting?
