[item2=Lizard Minion Repellent]

I don't know if there are other broken images, but this one's always in my inventory so I noticed it first. It has something to do with the new item transparency system -- the name is cut off:

It should be lizardminionrepellant

As a side note, I'm kind of worried about the plans for this new transparency thing. It really doesn't work all that well, and items look terrible on any non-white background:
