Hokay, so. The trinket says to be left out where it can see. Where better than in your inventory? :D
Next, it wants a gift, something that fits the springtime theme. I picked an item with the word 'spring' in it, which happened to be the... spring perfume, or something like that? I doubt it matters!
And then it wants you to 'bestow' this gift -- so, donate it! Quickstock-donating works too, apparently!
And then, ta-daa! Fancy arrowhead / bow wearable!

Ooooh I never woulda guessed the donation center! I got caught cus I thought gifting it, but that's more luminiare.
Here I was thinking that this would be a Genetech combo. At least I got new TC fodder for UltimateFriend.

I tried those too! The word 'bestow' seemed like I had to give it away, so the gardens made a lot of sense! I'm planting it, so I'm bestowing it... upon the ground? XD

I thought it liked music/spring so I took a guitar and went to the Peka Glade. But then I was like hold on .. gift ..oh! and I gifted my guitar, still confused.
