I was sending a friend a theme-gift of 'making you a taco salad' and noticed that we don't have shredded cheese! I'd love to see bags of shredded cheese that would go great with the salsa/tortilla chips items. Or pizza.

I'd prefer to see more cheese varieties similar to the style of the We have so few actual cheeses :(

Hell, any cheese would be good cheese. We really do lack cheese.

I'm totally of the belief that we don't have enough cheeses in general. In addition to shredded, I'd love to see some more wheels and perhaps some string cheese, crumbled cheeses (feta, bleu, gorgonzola, etc.), cottage cheese...

Also how cute would it be to have some items like Laughing Cow Babybel cheese?

As an European living in one of the cheese countries of europe, surrounded entirely by more countries that love cheese: i really want more cheese items. Belgian cheese, dutch cheese, french cheese, Cheddar (i wanted to say Brittish cheese, but lets face it: it's mostly Cheddar) and last but not least: Swiss cheese.

I would kill for an item that says lactose free cheese. I have a need for a tc.
