Hello! waves Someone may already know me, I'm Chiara/Martia (martia_elior) on Neopets. Nice to meet you all! I'm Italian, so please bear with me if my English is not the best one around. blushes I opened this account almost two years ago, when a friend introduced me to it, but I totally forgot about it until last week, when I started playing on a daily basis due to all the issues Neo was having. I like it! (And that guide for newbies is actually great, it helped me a lot!) I still need to settle down and understand how many things work, though. xD I'm finding quite difficult customising my HA, for example (as you can easily notice, lol). If I'm allowed to ask in this section, I have a couple of questions; the first is about HAs: is there a site where I can see a preview of many pieces of clothes on a HA? I mean something like the neopian fan site dress to impress, that can help building an outfit and see the chosen pieces of clothes all together on the doll. And my second question is about writing. I love, love, love writing. Are there any writing contests (except for the pet spotlight), poetry or prose related? I didn't find any, but I haven't explored every corner of the site yet! xD

There might be user run contests from time to time, check the Writing Contests subforum under Writing Discussion every now and then.

You might want to offer to sell stories to people who can't write their own pet stories, that way you'll get rewarded for your efforts. The Literature forum might be something for you too.

There is a writing forum too. http://subeta.net/forums.php/forum/46/Writing-Discussion I paid people to write my pets a story, but then I deleted and wrote my own because I know my pets better. Others may love to have you write for them. Play Random, Matal's Jewels and Caliph's Tomb. You may do good at all the games and here you can play like 10 times a day. Explore and click on the links. Welcome! One of my fave things to do here is collect clothing for my growing wardrobe so if your interested in that there are soooo many cheap clothing items, some less than 1000 sp and even some less then 100 sp

Theres a daily quest giver who gives out wizard tokens and you can use those tokens in vending machines which pump out random items from certain shops. Dragons hoard gives items from clothing stores and I use them all the time to pimp my wardrobe then sell anything I don't need to make SP

I really suggest going to the donation corner LINK HERE and taking an item every 5 mins if there is any (theres A LOT at the moment)

Answers on your questions:

• You can try on any wearable on subeta in your wardrobe by selecting "All items on Subeta". And for a start you might want to select "no custom wearables" because those are expensive, rare and complicated so that might make things more difficult when you are new here.

• We sadly don't have any writing competitions here. The only constant competition we have is the pet spotlight. But if you enjoy writing then you can take a look at the writing forums or you can do writing commissions? There are quite some people around here who gladly pay a nice fee for a story for their character.
