The branches are [item2=Druid Artifact]. They were a trivia prize, and some can be found in shop search.

The birds are a CW item. They're not available anywhere right now. I found them in the CW Pawn Shop a while ago, and I'm not sure who made them. The item is [item2=Collection of Chubby Bird Feathers], if you want to try finding the creator. :)
