No 4 or 5 year membership achievements

I've been a member for over 5 years and have yet to gain the 4 and 5 year membership achievements.
Probably best to file a ticket.
You have to go to your User Dashboard to get them. But if they don't come through, and you don't get your Loyalty Boxes then yeah you'll need to file a ticket.
Thanks, I have the achievements but not the loyalty boxes. I already have a box in my inventory from my last year achievement (3rd I think) so do you think this stops me from getting more?
That should not stop you from getting more. Sometimes it just bugs out. I think it has to do with getting more than one at a time or maybe even getting the achievement way after the anniversary. But at any rate, if you file a ticket, they can manually award the boxes to you!

It's actually been broken for quite some time. Anytime I see people asking where to get their boxes, they end up needing to file a ticket. Sometimes if they get more than one year's at once, one of the boxes will actually show up but not both/all of them.
