On February 15th I had my 7th year on Subeta, but I didn't recieve my Loyality Box :(

Is this a bug? Are Loyality Boxes down? Has anyone an idea what's going on? :/

Did you go to the user dashboard page? If you do and you still don't have it I would file a ticket.

I did, but nothing happened :( I think I'm gonna send out a ticket now! Thanks for your reply :)
