Doing my quests just now & when i went to "finish quest" it said error I dont have all the items. I looked at one of the tabs and a SQL error was there. This was for a mian shop. So I tried again, same thing. I looked in my inventory to see if I had the items I need. Nope so I try again but this time I buy from useer shops.

"You purchased a Brick Half-Blindfold from this shop." "You purchased a Green Tombstone Sponge from this shop."

is what I get after buying the items. But they are not in my inventory. I tested with two other random items that are already in my inventory. Same thing. It says I purchused them but they are not in my inventory.

Me too, thought my account was broken. This is also happening at the vending machines. Takes tokens and gives nothing. Taking out things from vault, does not go to inventory.
It just goes "poof"

I have the same problem. But somehow I still got the 15%-off buff, even though none of the purchsed items registered in my inventory.

I just bought the March 2015 Collection from the Cash Shop, and got a MySQL Error page. It took my 250 CSC but I don't have the item, and it doesn't show in my recent sales list in the cash shop either :(

I think the MySql Error is showing up for anything that involves an item being added or deleted from an account, so that may be where the problem is. At least that is what I think it is, considering I can do anything that doesn't involve items just fine.

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm trying to do a quest for Quentin and they're two relatively inexpensive items (Stixx for 12,999 and Red Headset for 1,500) and the sP left my account... but I got the 'you don't have the items' message. so I checked my inventory since I sometimes jump the gun and don't actually manage to buy stuff, didn't see either, bought the items again (13k for the Stixx, same price for the Red Headset) and the same thing happened.

Same problem here, out 30k trying to buy a book for a library quest.

They must be having some database problems : (

Same thing happened to me trying out one of the chance machines in the cash shop. It ate about 100csc & a MSQL error appeared on screen. Also happening whenever, I try to buy items from the main shop as well. Will probably file a ticket later tomorrow.

i've been buying stuff for recycle beast, a lot of stuff!!! and i only realize i got ripped off when i was doing quest. i don't know how much i throw in the air at this point... and the quest ask for expensive item...

i wish i check my inventory when i got mySQL error, but sadly, i just check the quantity in the shop decreasing. time to clean the room.

I was just about to make a thread about this too! I am currently trying to do the item hunt game(I have 27 minutes to finish it and I don't want to give up at it!) and I can buy the item but it is not showing up in my inventory. I only have 8 things in my inventory so I have the space!

I only bought a item worth 99sP and only bought a few until I realized. But this is awful to others spent way more then me before they realized this was happening.

I'm not sure how soon you can get a programmer to fix this buuut do you think it is possible to put a site wide message to warn people about the glitch in case they haven't noticed it yet. It could potentially prevent additional losses. Thank you!
