For days now, Quentin has not given out any amulets. It used to be at least 1 per day, so something is wrong or changed?

I'm still getting amulets from him, including today. I think it's just a terrible fluke.

I had to go back to comments to see the last time I got amulets. It was 2/28. Maybe he just hates me. Thank you!

I just got one yesterday, but I have also been getting less amulets this week. Perhaps they adjusted the rates?
