I went to my user dashboard to update the achievement (it originally said I was working on year 5/6, though I've been a user for over 8 years). I got one loyalty box, though I think I should have gotten at least two (I'm not sure if it thought I was originally at 5 years or 6 years before updating). Is there a way to get the other box(s) for those years?

I've filed a ticket :) Looks like I've only filed one other ticket on this site (and that was a while ago). Not too bad for 8 years!
