I was buying Kukui Nuts from the main shops, because who wants to pay 700k for them? :P When I clicked the link from Shop Search it brought me to the old haggling page and I put in an amount and the captcha. It gave me the original amount, though. I just figured I should mention this bug.

It's not a bug. Items over R90 still need a captcha filled in.

As far as I know, it did require the price, but I didn't try entering it without a price.
