you may start with Sarah's Quest to get your starting sp. then i recommend you to do Shinwa's Quest next as the reward is usually valuable and she asked you to do other quests in the process. then, you can do other quests as you wish.

this may be a little late, but we are in the survival celebration event, so you can be infected through Voluntary Infection Program to get new skin for your Human avatar. you can checkout all the skins here and here. just pick the free option (if you got no money) and ask people from the virus of your choosing "infect me" forum to bite you. also you can kiss and be kissed until tonight to get tokens for this shop.
