Why are people showing up with vial infections with this event.its happened to and and a few others. It's not fair because we can't claim them when they hit full stage nor bite and it takes forever to get rid of. Crash got infected with sticky and erik got infected with lotus.

What do you mean? They should just stop using the vials then?

They're not claimable in the wardrobe, they were just temporary zombie skins for a time when we didn't have zombies and it was implied there would be no more zombies. (obviously not the case now). They're pretty much useless now other than just for looks. It was already said you cannot bite with the vial infections.

Those vials are temporary, period. You can't claim them because staff hasn't made them able to be claimed, there's a thread somewhere around in suggestions and ideas about making them unlockable. No telling if that'll ever happen.

This isn't a bug though, unless you mean the site has glitched and they themselves didn't take a vial to become one of those. If the site gave them those infections, then that's definitely strange.

I signed up to receive an infection, and got infected with a virus I cannot bite with, I cannot claim and cannot remove by other means, it is only temporary as it was a quest prize for Bubbles in 2012.

Meaning, the vials should not be given as an infection this year because nothing can be done with the infection.

So you chose "random virus" and it gave you one from the vials? That's definitely not right... Though those vials count as "viruses" that wouldn't seem intentional.

Have you tried making a ticket or pinging an admin directly to ask about it?

Every time I've seen it happen this week they chose random they didn't drink a vial I know its not a glitch if they drank a vial or I wouldn't have said anything here thank you though.

Yea I remember I asked why she used the vial and she told me she didn't... it's what happened when she chose "Random" which is super bullshit in my opinion.

Oh I'm sorry! That's really strange, sounds like a major oversight by whoever created the randomizer. Those definitely shouldn't be in the mix.

Eh, my infection is almost gone anyway. Luckily, I don't particularly want any of the skins (that forum title, on the other hand...)

Wow that's super bullshit. They should've at least lowered the length of time they lasted.

Then we should atleast be able to bite or claim them thats aggravating.
