The Zapper zapped my pet Lemon Cake into a Storm Archan the other day and my achievements list still shows that I need a Storm pet. Then on my last zap, Lemon cake was zapped into a Silver Archan (which the image is broken for BTW) and my achievements page says I don't have a Silver pet yet either. I visited Lemon Cake's pet profile after each zap to make sure it showed the right color information there, which it did/does. I'd like to use the zapper again, but want at least the Silver pet achievement before the pet changes again.

going to the petpage can sometimes help, but I have gotten this Achievement without doing this, myself. I think that part of this is a cache delay too. I found I needed to hold onto the pet for a few hours even if I did visit the petpage.

I have found that you have to go to the pets page and then any other page and it will activate. If it doesn't activate right on the pets page, it should on the next page you visit.

Sadly, I've been to the main pets page (where it shows all my pets), the profile page of my zapper pet and all over the site after both of those and still no "Silver pet" achievement showing up :( I'll just skip the zapper for now and hope it all fixes itself in the next day or two. Edit...so I tried visiting all the pages again to see if it would work, and it did this time! Guess I just needed to take a few hours away from Subeta to get it to work :D

can the zapper do that?! Give you a color/species combo that doesn't exist yet?

oh, it shows that I did get the achievement on my Achievement page now. I don't own any other Silver pet either (yet...they're so pretty!), so it appears to have given me the ach even though the Silver Archan doesn't yet exist.
