Is the Pastry Delivery Achievement retired? I sent a pastry box to a friend and my count did not go up. (I am at 86/100).

I know that the SAI Inspection Achievement is retired.

Also is the Spreading it around retired too?

Could the retired achievements, please be marked so no one wastes sP trying to get an achievement that is no longer available?

I am surprised the 'Infected' Achievement has been retired. Shouldn't anyone getting any of the infections new or old be able to get this achievement?
