When sending a present to a user, if you leave a white space in front of their username (maybe after too, not sure), the item won't send. Similarly, if you search for an item in your shop, any white space before or after the item name will result in a failed search. There are probably other areas where this is applicable. I can few benefits of doing it this way, actually only one with a narrow scope. White space is easy to introduce in your searches if you copy and paste the name from somewhere, and it's not always obvious that you included it. Please consider making this quick fix ;)
