So, I know the knew skin feature is supposed to take the strains and make them a skin that you can choose to flip between, I'm on the final stage of Butterfly Bruise, and I've seen people mention changing strains during the event to try and 'catch' them all. I've been last strain for a couple of hours now, and I'll try and save again in the morning to see if it's just a time delay, but what I'm trying to figure out is if I should be able to do it yet?

When I hit the button that says 'click here' to claim pre-existing skins it tells me none were converted, and butterfly bruise remains grayed out. P:

Mine was automatically claimed when I hit the last stage of my previous virus. It's probably related to the issues people have had with biting

I know it's only been a little while since your post, but I'm still not able to claim the skin this morning - and it's been at least 7 hours since I hit final stage. I did check to see if it auto-claimed the skin, but it didn't do that, either unfortunately.

So, now I'm not showing my infection at all (but the healer and voluntary infection program say I'm infected). I still don't have the skin and now I'm not butterfly bruise. :/ I wasn't even online, so I know I couldn't have accidentally cured.

EXACT same thing has happened to me. I was fully infected with butterfly bruise last night before i went to bed. Hopped on tonight and my HA is completely back to normal even though the healer and VIP say otherwise.

The whole time i had the infection the skin in the wardrobe remained greyed out and i was never able to claim it.

I miss my infection :c
