Rainyday Desert Rose Nose Ring gives the appearance of a nose without actually having one, and I assume by now there are other nose piercings out there or jewelry sets with them included but that was what I remembered from when I concealed. The paper masks in the Zombie Den (2011 section I think??) are also decent if you have makeup, matching or covering wigs, and covered skin to pass with.

you'd be surprised at how versatile the lightshow potassium nitrate can be. Professor New Polarity Rhinoplasty Brochure is a lil bit smaller but also really serviceable.

considering just a few years ago, Keith said there would never be replacement nose items on the site, the fact they exist is pretty generous. ;)
