Can you get these three achievements with the memorial/survival flowers that are currently popping up around the site? My Flower Finder achievement value isn't increasing, and I don't want to start sending flowers to people if it won't update my value either. :(

No, those are Vesnali achievements. That holiday is in April, usually around Easter.
