Double/triple Posts in Comments

Don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but I've noticed for the last couple of days that when either I post or someone posts to my profile, I'll get double the posts (sometimes triple, but that's rare). Any ideas what's causing this? Also, is anyone else having this issue?

It's a known issue and it's been happening to everyone randomly. I really wish something would be done about it though, it's rather annoying.
