I don't really get why they wouldn't show up..if you're making an avatar you should be able to see the entirety of your HA right? Can't make an outfit to compliment a virus unless, you know....you can see it

I don't disagree, but it's pretty clear this is a bug rather than a deliberate decision. FWIW, I can see my (new) zombie overlay when the beta wardrobe is loading, it just gets layered under my base. So once the base actually loads you can't see it.

I remember the past few times I've been a zombie I've had this issue as well though, so I assumed this was just something that has always been.

I wonder if it might be because the in-progress virus is technically considered a "locked base" for your HA. Progressing to the final stage of the virus will "unlock" it, so it would still be considered "locked" when it's in progress.
