So I just discovered that this item exists: I assume it's some kind of in-joke, but does anybody know why this is an item? I'm incredibly curious, especially since the icon is a scaled-down picture of her instead of artwork.

I randomly discovered this item as well, and I read that Keith really loves Nicole Richie, so it's definitely a personal joke. It never gets restocked though xD There are also a few Amy Lee items among the site since Keith adores her too! :3
