I'm curious about at what level do you guys find it appropriate to spend certain amounts of sP or other currency on IH. At what point is spending RB points ok? Referral Points? 1 mil sp? 10mil? CSC? etc. Where's the line between 'Chase is just ripping you off, it's too early to spend that much.' to 'You should have expected this type of item.' for you?
I don't play too often, so I usually pump a fair amount into the levels if I need to.
Had an 8mil item pretty low level (around 50 - 60) on this attempt, but all the rest have been fairly low. (500k and less) I don't play for the sP so I don't mind making a couple 100k losses per level. In for a penny! Find it hard to quit, unless the item really is astronomical or I get a particularly bad run of high priced items.
As soon as I get to lvl 85, I'm ready for the big guns to come out and Chase to start taking me for a ride.
I guess it changes each time I play, depending on how flush I am feeling lol. Vague answer, sorry. XD
Haha, that's okay. Thank you!
I think until 60-70 dont take more than a few 100k lose max per item the lower the level, the less it's ok. Pretty much base all point shop purchases on their user shop price unless you could buy the points easier, which is almost never. Some people are willing to risk a few 5-10m items in the 80's if they're feeling lucky, but if not, wait til the 90's. It's possible to get cheap runs up to 100, just not likely. But even if you risk it and get a few expensives, chances are you're going to get something ridiculously priced before 100. This is only if you're going for a win. If you just want profit, only buy items that directly profit or give a negligible loss.
Because at level 70 (71?) I was asked for a Recycle Beast item that was 15mil but since I had enough RB points I decided to go for it anyway. Then the level after that was a retired MC item so I quit. Since I gave up, I regretting spending the RB points and that got me wondering if those types of items are normal for that level. (I usually play for profit so I never made it that far.)
Thank you!
