I asked this in SB before but. I'm currently haveing abit of a problem. A friend of mine who was going to be gone for a week or so, has been on her 3ds yet hasn't responded on online.

I want to be sure she's ok and have been waiting but now I'm not sure what's going on. I've left messages on my status but she's been jumping to her game the moment she gets on and I don't think she's thought about checking her friends list to see whos on like I tend to. I'm aware Swapnote is no more but I want to make sure i'm not missing something before I give up and just let things take their course with this.

Anyone know any other meens someone can message someone else if they are in the game, besides getting said game?

No, there is no instant messaging feature with the 3ds.
