I have a friend whose HA is "purple" and she cant seem to change it back to a normal color. She has tried the Salon, no go. She has tried changing the base, no luck. Is this in fact a curse from some past event, and how do we fix it? I have checked the FAQs and not found any help specific to this issue.

Has your friend tried going to the tanning salon and choosing the "back to normal" option?

can you post your friend's HA so we can see it to help figure out a solution?

She tried the Salon and it didnt do anything. This may be from some site event a few months back (she was playing, went purple and then was inactive for a bit) This is her avatar: (I have no idea what coding to use, soooo, yeah, that ,hope this works).

It seems to me that it was the zapper during Morostide. Thank you for trying to help and thank you to anyone with input. I've been to the tanning salon. The avatar looks normal when on the wardrobe page but the glorious purple remains no matter what I do.

As it's not a tanning salon skin, to remove it, you need to go to the Beta Wardrobe > Skins and choose 'None'

If you wish to remove the skin entirely just head to the healer and they can heal you for about 25k
