I've just restocked two super rares - an R90 and an R97. These items still required a captcha code and the haggling option came with it.
minimod note - Quote: "I've managed to RS a couple of super rares today, and I don't think the haggle box works. I've not worked it out properly yet, but I'm pretty sure the price at the end only counts my discount card and not the haggle price I entered."
Basically it makes you haggle but still gives the original price...not the haggle price.
keith stated in his OP that r90+ retain captcha and haggle.
Ooops. I missed that bit.
EDIT: I originally said this topic could be locked but after reading Dice's post it's probably best to keep it open.

I've just read Keith's opening post again -
This does sound as if we've still got the option of haggling for R90+ items which isn't really all that logical. If Dice is correct about the buying price only counting a discount card, why keep the haggling box?
Not much point in keeping the haggling box there, then.
This has been reported. I also changed the title since the original title was not a bug.

I've just had the same problem.
Although, I definitely haggled the item at 2,121 sP, I was still sold the item at the listed price (and removed 2,306 sP from the sP I had on hand).
