Hullo c: I've been keeping my prices for a while now, but I've improved a lil bit since then and stuff take about two-three times longer than before I want to know your opinion, how much would you pay for these arts/overlays/CIs?

That's way too cheaaap! You should totally rise the price up, your art has a very nice quallity and is very similar to subeta style, which is perfect to overlays. If I was you, I would rise slowly, maybe ask for 10$ first, and if clients come, start rising it more (:
