I am looking for an artist to do hair like the lovely Hedwig from the musical/movie Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Seriously....look it up if you haven't heard of it. Her signature hair is this. Please please please.

Ooooo! I had someone commissioned to do this awhile back, but they quit!
