Hello contest forum! For a while I have been thinking of creating a short comic based on some Avatars I've made here on Subeta. However before I can do so I need some more designs! For this contest you will be designing a new HA for my character. The character I have is interesting because she looks radically different every time you see her, except her face, which is always the same

Here are some examples I have already made of her:

Contest Rules:

1. You MUST use these two items in your entry: If these are not used in the entry will not be counted

Though you must use those two face items, you may still use other face items such as glasses, scars, masks, makeup etc as long as it doesn't completely obstruct the face

While not required, any use of these items (or any similar flowers) would be a nice touch

2. You do NOT have to own all the items in the design. Should you have everything you want in your wardrobe, great! Should you use only things from the "All Items on Subeta" section, great! I am just looking at the designs

3. Entries are due midnight on February 1st. If a design is submitted after the due date, while appreciated, it will not be judged or receive participatory prize

4. You are allowed up to four entries and four entries only. Any others will not be judged or receive any additional participatory prizes

Prizes:

1st Place: 4,000,000 sP 2nd Place: 3,000,000 sP 3rd Place: 2,000,000 SP

Along with that, ALL people who enter get 20,000 SP! Every entry after that will get you an extra 10,000 SP

note: the winning designs will also be guaranteed a prominent spot in the comic whenever I can make it. All other designs may or may not make it in depending on how many entrants I get!

During this contest I may sketch out some of the submitted designs so look out for that. Anyway I hope this gets some creative juices flowing, both for you all and me! If there are any questions just ask and I will do my best to answer them. Good luck to you all! ^o^/

Hi, I would really like to submit an entry, but I have no idea how to save my designs without sofetch (I haven't been online in a while). How are people saving contest designs now, especially if I don't own some of the items? I know I can use the "all items on subeta" thing, but I still can't figure out how to save it.

CWs are totally fine in my book! The bg on the third example is a CW, so yeah c:

While I am not sure how many other people submit their designs, the way I got the example images is by saving the design to an outfit space in my wardrobe (you do not need to own all the items in the design to do so) then right clicking and opening the image in a new tab to get the image URL. I will see if I can find a different solution if that doesn't work, but for now I hope this helps a little!

Thanks! I was trying to do that earlier, but for some reason it wasn't working. I'll try again and see if my wardrobe decides to cooperate.

Edit: I figured it out!

You could do what I do! Because I don't have many spaces to save HA's in my wardrobe, I hit PrintScreen and paste to MS Paint. I then save it to my harddrive, and put it on an image saving website like tinypic to get an image URL. I know that sounds really long and convoluted, but it helps to do it that way, especially if you have a lot of entries to contests and don't have enough spots to save them in.

And, I'm not quite sure about the vouchers. I believe they are the only way, but I could be wrong. I vaguely remember receiving sp some other way, but I don't know.

I mean I can see from your examples she's in a fantasy world where bird-like creatures exist, but is this permanent or for example a modern/futuristic look would be way out of what you have in mind for her?

Im happy you're interested! In the case of your question, the story she's in follows the principles of a kind of multiple universe theory way, where there exists a near infinite different versions of the universe, who's difference can range between someone painting their nails a different color to what the dominant intelligent life form of a planet is to how the worlds function themselves! So with that in mind, the setting and theme of your entry can be boundless, simply depending on what kind of universe you want her to be in at the time. I am admittedly pretty fond of creating fantasy outfits, which is why my examples are mostly that, but if you want to do a futuristic or modern design then do it! I'd love to see all the variety in designs that everyone can come up with.
