so the unlikely just happened and i got a second wizard quest buff, but when i go to the wizard's quest page it just says 16/16 quests completed, disregarding the buff that technically should allow a 17th. then again, i don't know if a wizard quest buff is purposely happening more than once a day. either way, it's a bug of sorts! :)

I think they just did it that way for max 16 wiz quests per day, although it would be nice to go beyond that. I don't think I've ever gotten lucky enough to get over 2 wiz quest buffs a day.

i think i've gotten that 17th quest once before though... it's been a while so i can't recall correctly, but there's something about that "what, twice a day?" that rings a bell, hah. either way though, it's still a bug, bc it shouldn't be popping up twice in one day then :p such a tease!

I've had them twice in the same day, actually almost at the same time. So my first buff was still active, and then I got the second one. I was able to do the 17th quest without a problem. Maybe it only works then or something?

i got the event that my first buff had run out, and a few minutes later i got a new buff, which must've popped up in one of the shop tabs while i was still questing bc i just noticed that the question mark by the buffs had returned with a new countdown.

It only works when you have 2 running at the same time. For instance if you were to go to one page and get a buff, and then go to a different page and get a buff again while the first one is still counting down. Once it goes away it's like you never had it so any buffs forthcoming after your first buff's timer has run out will make the quests go to 16 again, not 17. If that makes sense. That's how I see it.

it literally JUST happened again. this time with at least 30 minutes (actually leaning towards an hour) between the two events. it's really frustrating getting momentarily excited bc hooray tokens but then you get there and the wizard doesn't ACTUALLY "need you", he's just being a giant, annoying tease.

The same thing happened to me twice within a 2 hour time period today. I got one after midnight and did all my Wizard quests for a total of 16 quests. The buff ran out and I just got another one after 2am and I can't do anything with this one because the 17th quest isn't there. All I can do is watch the timer run out because I can't use it XD. Thank you kindly ^_^.

sigh This just happened to me today. Got a 16th quest this morning -- and then got the random event again tonight, but it won't let me complete a 17th quest. :(

Also got a 2nd buff event, but no option to do a 17th quest.

Also: Is only the wizard giving the buffs? Because I have never seen another one.

Yeah, it's only Wiz as far as I know. Pete has an event too, but no buff.

This should be fixed, either to give the 17th quest when the second buff shows up, or to make users unable to get the event twice in the same day.

This is actually the 2nd day in a row that I got the Wizard Buff twice- instead of useless events like that, I would prefer more Subeautique Invites...;-)
