What’s this all about?
You may remember my user event from 2014 called “The Fairytale Within†where season Autumn wanted to stop her sister Winter from freezing whole Subeta? Dear inspired me to do this kind of spin-off, based on a germanic/celtic mythology setting. It’s a plot where you need to solve riddles, dress up avatars or do creative stuff to collect all splitters for the Bifröst.
There are some improvements to the last time. For example you’ll have DÃse as a NPC travelling companion, meaning you don’t have to return to the “base†after each challenge. That being said, an innovation will be a break-down of points after each chapter to let you know how you did. This way you’ll have the opportunity to catch up during the next chapters. I hope this will make some decisions more transparent.
Do I have to roleplay? Since many user requested to minimize the RPG parts I decided to cut that part. Meaning: You will have to answer the given tasks, but there’s no need to write a novel. You may though, if you choose to create a unique character for the event and bring him or her into life. I know some user who might and I don’t want to limit their muse. (; Users who take their time to develop a persona and write a single or team RP will receive 1 extra point per chapter to honor their input. But, as mentioned before, you don’t HAVE TO post “in characterâ€. It will suffice if you simply write down the solution.
Is this a group or stand-alone thing? As you wish. You can either play on your own or in a self-chosen “Tribeâ€. If you decide to form a team please let me know the number and name of players as well as a working title for the lists. I asked to let us use the SubetaLodge forums, if anyone wants a private place for discussions, drafts and the likes.
How much time do we have? And what about the other events (Nutsy Nefarious Nights e.g.) going on? A detailed timeline will be posted a couple of weeks before the actual plot starts. The different chapters will vary depending on the scope of the task, most likely weekly. With such a stress-free time frame it should be possible for every interested party to continue other user events like NNN or Subeta holidays that may occur.
Fun is fun, but will there be prizes too? Each participant will receive an item from his or her wishlist. The three overall winners will get an additional . There won’t be a “Prize Shop†like the last time.

Your English is lovely, dear, better than some native speakers. I have a question and a half for you. Firstly, are we to use imported characters from various works for this like last time, or can we use characters we ourselves create? Secondly, is this in February? I'd love to participate, but I'm going to be out of town for a week during that month, which will interfere with my computer access.

Awe thanks, dear. To answer your questions:
- Both. You surely are allowed to "import" characters from various works. But you may also create or re-use a character of your own. This will be mentioned in detail when the task is given in Chapter I.
- With 02/2015 I meant February. Indeed. Same procedure like last year. :D But no problem about the vacation. The different steps will be/last much longer this time, so you'll have enough time to enter nevertheless. You may also skip one, if that reduces stress. It's all about the fun.
Haha, I'm relieved to hear that honey. Friends should never work against each other. pets Nutsy I'd be grateful if you decide to join too! It's always nice to have friends and old stagers of the genre on board. Your feedback really helped me improving the plot. But I understand if you have a lot on your plate with handling your own event. <3

The concrete dates are still in progress. But it will definitely begin after the mystery is over. I'll probably start around the middle of February, to make myself a birthday gift. xD

It's up to you! ^_^ You may re-use an old character or create a fresh new one. This will be given in detail once the plot starts (in Chapter 1).
