I was just wondering how does one get prizes, such as the new Florella themed ones, from the mind reader? Is it just random while playing or do you have to get to or cash out at a certain level?

you need to take your winnings at certain level. which level it is i have no idea.

I haven't gotten any of the new prizes yet, but for the old prizes I used to claim my winnings at the point where it says "You are moving up to round four!" So after finishing round three. I would get a prize every time. I haven't done that in a while because I was working on trying to get past level 5 for the achievement.
