I love my current avatar but I can't seem to find a bottom to go with it. at least something that matches anyways. The blue sarong is fine but if anyone could suggest something better than this like a waist cloth or something that would be fantastic.

Actually I'm also open to any other suggestions to what I could add to it.

I actually think the sarong works very well with that bottom. I wouldn't add anything else otherwise your HA might start took look crowded. Maybe a different bird item? He really sticks out when everything else is a pale blue.
