I have just realised that some of my equipment has mod slots?? can anyone advise on how to choose the right thing to modify the items I have thanks for any help :D

I already have critical strike tear crystal on my shear sword and blessing of natural armour on my freezer can I buy and use the same crystals for my other slots or do I have to go for different crystals?

I thought I'd reply to your question to me on your own thread rather than the other one.

You do not need the pie bomb or x-knife anymore. It is not really recommended that you use critical strike tears at tier 4 since you will not be doing enough icons to really get a payoff. Earth baguettes might be good for shear sword since it stacks up with the chakram and grimfruit (and since shear sword might be less often used than the chakram and grimfruit). You may want to look into a blessing of natural armor or parched mod for your grimfruit since that will likely be your main weapon and many challengers can potentially freeze you. You should throw an offensive baguette on your bottled tornado. UltimaPlus tag and any clutch healers you may have can be modded with just about anything.

Although it is a tier 3 weapon, shrine of Apollonia can still be relevant in tier 4. Rainbow quill is a cheaper substitute for amulet of drakkonis. If you have a phoenix quill, you should keep it with you as much as possible.
