I believe it is public as I have seen a few old forum posts selling them for around 800+ (though I could be wrong about it being public) Good luck trying to find one. If I see anyone selling one I'll direct them here :)

Nope its definitely not a private item! Just one of those things people aren't super willing to let go of. X.x'' I originally got mine for 600-700csc in October of last year, so hopefully when someone comes forward they don't try some silly price on you.
