We have identified what appears to be a new newbie. It seems they have taken their time about creating a pet and even being on Subeta. Not sure if the delay was because of real life issues or Subeta seemed to be a bit intimidating. However, what we have found out is the newbie is called Nymphaer. Also, goes by the nicknames Nym, or Nymph. Apparently, the newbie got the name from a mythology. Nymph being a water creature. How interesting. The newbie has created their first pet too. The pet's name is Draenie. The newbie has plans for the pet in terms of role playing. This is what else we have learned.

Nymphaer likes mythology, video games, mmo's, animals, role playing, and writing. If you have any questions for the newbie. We were told that you could mail her or comment on her profile. She is quite friendly and laid back. Seems to be a little hyper about certain things as well.

I mostly enjoy Greek, Norse, and Roman, though I love Egyptian and Japanese as well. ♥

I mostly play heavy RPG games such as Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Darksiders as well as some puzzle games like Portal 1/2 and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons.

I recently got into Norse mythology. Like the lore I've found so far.

Nice. Umm, games. I play a bit of everything. Though, I like RPG games as well. I've played Dragon Age and I'm slowly playing Dragon Age Inquisition right now. I have a knife ear mage. Like range attacks. ^.^ I have also played Devil May Cry series (didn't like Nero or emo Dante), Legend of Dragoons, Legend of Kain; SoulReaver series, Mass Effect, Gears of War, Rainbow Six; Vegas. I tried Darksiders, didn't get to finish it though. It was a rental. Oh, I am playing Rune Factory right now. Something causal since I can't put any real time into a video game right now.

I love Norse mythology, my newest one to read up on. <3 I'm also a huge space fan in general to be honest.

Oooh, good games. I'm on my third playthrough of Inquisition right now. Not a big fan of open-world though.

I'm liking Loki so far. I think he will become a favorite of mine. Just like Artemis, Anubis, and some others are from different mythologies. Hehee.

I'm only in my first playthrough. Spent so much time creating the character to actually play. lol It wouldn't have been so bad, but the eyes. The eyes just wouldn't work with me. It was frustrating, but fun.

I use to play Pokemon. My sister got me into the game and then killed it for me. I love my sister, but when she is excited about something. She will talk non-stop about it until she is blue in the face. lol It's cute...some times. But, she has earned the title, Pokemon Guru for sure.

Skype, I have it. Just don't remember the name I used or pw. Probably should make a new one. Friends from out of state probably think I killed over or something. ^.^

Loki. ♥ Yes indeed. Ironically, before I got into Norse mythology, I named my one-eyed cat Odin and now where I'm living (moved in 2 weeks ago), there's a female kitty named Freya. Ahh, coincidences! ♥

Lol, I ran in circles in the Hitherlands. I'm still there looking for camps. Kind of person who has to explore everywhere before I move on with quests. Though, surprisingly. I completed a few side quests while I was exploring.

Yeah, I find myself geeking out whenever a friend starts to talk about Pokemon. One of them just last month got back into Pokemon and forgot what rare candies were for. Found myself answering their question. Oh, the things you remember. lol

Role plays; medieval, original, modern, pretty much anything fantasy.

Fantasy and sci-fi are two of my favorite genres :)

I've tried sci-fi. Just couldn't get the hang of it. lol

I rarely do fandoms. I like original works better. Mostly, cause there is more creative too it.

What is your favorite thing to do in fantasy rps?

Favorite thing to do. Hmm. I'd have to say, creating the character. As long as the story has a good plot line. Cause, I always use part of the story from the role play to make my characters story. That way the character just fits better. At least too me.

Now, there are people who can read the story line of a role play and write their character. But, it differ from the story line and somehow still fit. I've tried that and it just never works for me.

Yes, exactly! I spent over 10 hours in the Hitherlands and I probably only managed to complete like 75% of the quests. D: I get so frustrated with Inquisition because of how large and open world it is. I usually do the same and explore everything, but it's just so big that it makes it difficult (because it takes so long, I guess, and I don't have a lot of time). ^^; Some of the fade rifts there (by the camp with the horses) are the hardest in the game because of the despair demons. ;__;

YES! XD I love Pokemon and I'm actually pretty happy to have finally gotten back into it. It'll be easier when I get the ones with less grinding though (because, yeah, I have limited time in general). <3

I haven't done an original roleplay in ages so am unsure how I'd do a character for one.

For OCs...it usually takes awhile for me to become comfortable with them and make them a fully fleshed out character. Usually taking the start of the rp to get adjustedXD

For me, trying to play a canon character is rough. I guess cause part of it is I can't put my own flare to the character.

Some rpers are more strict about how to play canon characters than others. So depending on who you rp with you can put your own spin to the character :)

Like when I rp Tobias from Animorphs I like to play him as bisexual with a crush on both Marco and Jake but still being in a relationship with Rachel (post-war rps/fics I like to pair him with Marco). Luckily the group Animorphs rp I'm in the owner has allowed me to play Tobias like that.
