Rathskellar Inn sells The Mega Grog. I try to buy them out, because it sells well and has a nice profit margin.

Edit: If I have to guess, I suspect it's because of the rollout of the new shop buying format. It seemed to start happening immediately after that showed up.

Yeah. Got this in Minions Market too. I thought that maybe I saw the wrong number. Guess not.

It's also in the bake stop and the lost skeleton, and possibly the free shop since the number of items in stock doesn't seem like it's going down at all.
