i'm not sure if this a bug or what, but quentin just ask me for Blue Midnight Cookie, which is not sold by anyone at all right now. is it normal for quentin to ask for unavailable item?

Blue Midnight Cookie is sold in the New Year shop. Saheric Sand Moth is sold in the Quest Point shop. :)
