I present to you the Sun Carved Stone :) Backgrounds no longer have to have cutouts and it was stated that non-limited release CWs can be submitted as a different item with the cutouts removed. Please note that you will need to use the Beta Wardrobe in order to use this item properly. Otherwise it does not layer correctly over the base. This was drawn by .
