so this is now the ... 5th time it happened to me... I only click once to buy an item(first time it happened it was in the Cash shop, this has already been fixed) the 2nd time was yesterday, in the subeautique, I bought some makeup over there, and I suddenly had 3(!!!) of that item, my invites and sp were also gone =/ today I bought some of the winter themed Quest shop items, and it says I have more than 1 of that item(amount differs per item), my questpoints are also gone

this really really really annoys me, could this be fixed please?
